21. Polish-German-Czech Cooperation Forum of Companies

Location of the event: The Mercure Hotel, 63 Sudecka, 58-506 Jelenia Góra

The objective:
Support Polish micro, small and medium enterprises to establish direct business contacts with firms of Germany and the Czech Republic.

Participants:
Micro, small and medium enterprises of the following sectors:

IT Information technologies IT,
new materials,
logistics,
metal and machine industry,
electronic,
electrical, energetic industry,
renewable energy,
environmental protection,
construction , wood industry,
industrial automation,
plastics,
sub-suppliers for the industry.

Participants of Forum In 2014 r.:

- 206 persons / 69 Polish firms, 35 German firms and 38 Czech firms

The organizer of Forum provides:

the Forum participants catalogue of addresses and offers (Polish-German-Czech version)
simultaneous translation during the seminar
the individual selection of partners through the Internet system of matching companies interacting ‘everyone with everyone’,
the schedule of individual meetings for co-operation exchange Forum
the interpreters’ assistance at the co-operating contacts
thematic tables of partnership institutions
coffee-breaks and lunch

The cost of participation:
the participation is free of charge (max. 2 persons of a company)

Confirmation of application:
from 1September 2014 to 30 September 2014. through the Internet application form available on the web page www.forumsystem.karr.pl

The confirmation of participation in Forum:
Every firm, which is offered will receive an e-mail within 3 days since the date of the application

The Co-operate Exchange Forum:
The individual choice of the partners to contact through the Internet system of matching firms ‘everyone to everyone’

-To 24 October 2014 every participant of the Forum will receive:

*login and password aces to the system of matching firms

-From 24 October to 31 October to 31 October the firms will be able to choose the contact partners

-6 November 2014 the participants of the Forum will receive the individual schedules of the meetings for the co-operate exchange Forum
